The Midwest Cycle Intelligence Organization (MCIO) – Michigan Region has produced this Motorcycle Club (MC) / Outlaw Motorcycle Gang (OMG) Reference Guide to assist law enforcement (LE) with the identification of known Riding Clubs (RC), Social Clubs (SC), Motorcycle Clubs (MC), Law Enforcement MCs (LEMC), Motorcycle Club/Ministry (MCM), and Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs (OMGs) with a presence in Michigan. It is provided for situational awareness to aid in the safety of LE personnel. This guide should NOT be considered an all-inclusive list of active clubs in Michigan and is current, as of 20 JUL 2026.
