Outstanding Prosecution Award

This award recognizes a prosecutor(s) whose efforts distinguished that person(s) and that the individual(s) demonstrated an appreciation of the dangers posed by outlaw motorcycle gangs (OMG); a keen understanding of outlaw motorcycle gang activity; and an aggressive/innovative approach during litigation of OMG investigations.

Nominations for this award should include the following elements:

• What Outlaw Motorcycle gang or gangs were investigated?
• What was the time frame of the case?
• What was seized (guns, drugs, house, vehicles, and businesses)?
• How many arrests? How many convictions?
• How many gang members? How many associates?
• What did the prosecution do and why was it above and beyond the norm?
• What did the nominee(s) do that was extraordinary?
• Where did the investigation and arrests take place?
