• (U//FOUO) 2022 OMG Reference Manual. In March 2022, the National Gang Intelligence Center
(NGIC), in cooperation with the International OMG Investigators Association (IOMGIA) and law
enforcement partners across the U.S., released the 2022 OMG Reference Manual. The manual
provides basic history, locations, and criminal activities for 45 prevalent US-based OMGs. For more
information and a copy of the manual, please visit NGIC Online via the Law Enforcement Enterprise
Portal (LEEP) at http://www.cjis.gov (LEEP account required).

Looking for this “manual”, you state has been released. Everyone I have talked to from ATF, or IOMGIA and some other sources claim they know nothing of this manual. I also applied for this LEEP account, but have not received any acknowledgement about this application.
