Reputed South Bend Hell’s Angels president arrested, faces drug charges in Marshall County

A man reputed to be president of the South Bend Chapter of the Hell’s Angels was arrested on drug charges Tuesday, according to the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
A search warrant was executed by multiple police agencies at a home in the 300 block of S. Harris Street in Bourbon on May 13, 2025. In the search police seized suspected methamphetamine, items indicative of Dealing in Methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia, according to the prosecutor’s office.
Police arrested Norman Tackett, 46, of Bourbon on multiple felony charges including dealing Methamphetamine, possession of Methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance.
Tackett is being held at the Marshall County Jail on a $50,000 cash bond.
