Omaha police investigate early morning shooting outside Los Diablos Club
The victim was transported to the hospital where he later died

OMAHA, Neb. —
Omaha police are investigating a shooting outside of Los Diablos on 25th and Ames, that killed one person to early Sunday morning.
OPD said officers in the area heard a gunshot around 4:15 a.m. and responded to the scene.
Investigators said due to the number of shots fired, there was a help call placed by officers. Upon arrival officers witnessed multiple people exchanging gunfire and hundreds of people running from an area.
When first responders arrived, they found one victim, Alexander Whitcomb, 37, suffering from a gunshot wound. Whitcomb was transported to Nebraska Medical Center where he later died.
Sources tell KETV that there was not an argument inside the club before the shooting took place.
