The cut on the left front row is a new club called the Valhalla Carnales MC. They are recently made up of former Vagos, Green Machine and other Vago support clubs. They have a chapter in Las Vegas and Kingman AZ.
Then their is a Pagan’s cut… they are new to Las Vegas as of the end of September 2020. The cut on the far right front row is the Dirty Ones. They are originally from New York but opened a chapter in Las Vegas in around late 2019. I hope this helps…
