Two Vagos MC riders spotted in Oceanside, CA heading into downtown Oceanside. It seemed like they were patrolling, or looking out for tails. Usually, Vagos are further north. Anyone have intel on why they might be heading into upper San Diego County?

The guy on the right, Thomas Bastian, lives in Oceanside. He was arrested in San Diego county in September of 2013. His mug shot has a partial view of a tattoo around his neck beginning with the word “Vagos.” Don’t know his chapter; a few SD area Vagos belonged to Corona chapter.
