Documents: 3 Pagans Motorcycle Club members connected to fatal shooting outside White Oak Wendy’s

WHITE OAK, Pa. —
New, unsealed court documents have revealed more details in the fatal shooting of a man outside of a Wendy’s in White Oak last month.
The documents obtained Monday revealed that police conducted undercover surveillance on members of the Pagans Motorcycle Club, leading to charges in the fatal shooting of Kenneth Hayman outside a Wendy’s in White Oak on Oct. 12.
According to the documents, Jacob Baker was heard on intercepted recordings admitting that he shot Kenneth Hayman, “believing that he hit him multiple times with gunfire.”
The criminal complaints, now unsealed, state that Baker, Albert Renchko and Victor Cruz are members of the Pagans Motorcycle Club, with Cruz identified as the president of the Irwin chapter.
Investigators write that the men were looking to retaliate against Hayman, a member of the War Dogs Motorcycle Club, who police say was involved in a fight with another Pagan recently in Washington County.
Police said when they found Hayman on his motorcycle in White Oak, the three men exited their vehicle wearing masks.
Court papers said Hayman got off his bike and took cover.
Police said video surveillance from several angles at the intersection shows Hayman and Baker shooting at each other before Baker, Renchko and Cruz got back into their vehicle and ran away from the scene.
Hayman made his way into Wendy’s for help, but later died from his injuries

Officials said that since the shooting occurred, witnesses came forward and wiretaps gave them the proof to charge Renchko and Cruz with conspiracy, and Baker with homicide.
Cruz has been released from jail while he awaits his court appearance, but Renchko and Baker remain in custody.
