Third person arrested in alleged motorcycle gang shooting in Forest Park

FOREST PARK, Ga. — A third person was arrested and charged in connection with a shooting at a motorcycle gathering in Forest Park months later, according to the City of Forest Park Police.
Marvin Judge was charged with felony murder and violation of the Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act on Monday. Judge was placed on the most wanted list leading to his arrest with the assistance of the Butts County Sheriff’s Office, authorities said.
The shooting happened on April 27 at a location on 1st Street in Forest Park, which was first described as a motorcycle gathering of some kind. Two people were killed and two others were injured in the shooting. The two victims killed have been identified as Isiah Mack and Anthony Hearns.
Nigel Blackwood and Donnell McKnight were both arrested back in May. All three men are alleged members of the Outcast Motorcycle Gang.
Police said that the venue where the shooting took place was a gathering for an event for the rival Wheels of Soul Motorcycle Club, and that the shooting was the result of a territorial argument. Investigators added that the trio entered the event and attacked a rival gang member.
According to police, McKnight and Blackwood were also shot and were hospitalized in the episode. Blackwood was able to leave the hospital because police did not have warrants for his arrest at the time, they said.
Police previously said they believe Wheels of Soul is a Philadelphia-based gang trying to establish a presence in Georgia. The Outcast gang is a Georgia-based group — 16 of its alleged members were indicted in 2023 by state Attorney General Chris Carr.
Additionally, authorities previously said that the property on 1st Street, where the Wheels of Soul Motorcycle Club gathering occurred, has been issued a cease and desist order after being cited for operating a business without a license.
Judge, Blackwood, and McKnight are in custody at the Clayton County Jail, awaiting their day in court.
