2 Vagos Biker Gang Members Take Plea Deals in Drug & Gun Case

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Two members of the Vagos biker gang have accepted plea deals following their arrest in Mojave earlier this year.
Robert Allen Klein and James Melville Rogers Jr. entered no contest pleas on Wednesday, with Klein pleading no contest to gun possession by a felon and Rogers to receiving known stolen property and possession of ammunition by a prohibited person, according to court records.
Sentencing is set for July 16.
They were arrested in February. Sheriff’s officials said the search of a home in the 9000 block of 60th Street West turned up 44 grams of methamphetamine, a loaded gun and a vest associated with the Vagos gang.
