is it a Hells Angels cut? Thats what it looks like. Certain members can have different colored cuts as long as it is approved by rank, and us always / or most often reserved for rank/ officers. Example: Nomad chapter president out of Granite City IL had a red leather cut. They now have dissovled and are the E.St. Louis Chapter. Although the red seems to be self explanatory, may have some significance to the regional location or just presence.
Thanks for the reply, it is a HA cut with a Colorado Rocker, I’ve always seen the black ones in the past, this was the first one I’ve seen that wasn’t black.
also the Kentucky Nomad chapter was at one time the only chapter with or allowed the tan/ brown leather vests. Could be a member from there that relocated to Colorado and allowed to keep his original cut. IDK!!
Here in Queensland, Australia we have had several HA members with different vest styles. One member who is now deceased had a brown leather vest for his colours. We have had others with denim vests as well.
Rules for vest types and colours seem quite fluid within the clubs here and they are not strictly made to be black leather vests.

Like previous commenters, here in Canada, we see a wide variety of vest colors in the HA’s. All Red, Red and White, traditional black, etc. Some guys just like to stand out it seems. We even had a guy in a local HA “friend club” with a seal skin cut!…yes, I’m in Newfoundland.

I’ll have to go there some day, I hear its a good place to fish, and thanks for the comments. Up till this one I had not seen them deviate from their standard black leather, but sounds like things have changed a bit over the years.
Here on Long Island NY we also see a wide variety of HA Colors. From my understanding the rules were relaxed a few years back.
