“Connect Inmate” app may facilitate anonymous communication/money transfers

FBI Chicago released an SIR on this new app for android and apple platforms.   It states that inmates can send/receive data and money, and if “burn-up” phones are utilized, users can remain ANONYMOUS.  May be a game changer…..
