On August 21, 2012 Senior United States District Judge Warren W. Eginton of the Connecticut US District Court in Bridgeport granted a Summary Judgment Motion by the Connecticut Attorney General’s Office that dismissed the claim of incarcerated Connecticut Nomads Hells Angels member Daniel Kilmas that the Connecticut Department of Correction (DOC) was violating his rights by not allowing him mail with Hells Angels indicia. Klimas is serving 30 plus years in a Connecticut state prison for the murder of a suspected police informant.
