Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs Threat to the US Border
(U//LES) This bulletin is intended to raise the awareness of US Customs and Border Protection officials of the possibility of foreign-based Hells Angels members or other banned outlaw motorcycle gang (OMG) members attempting to enter the United States, regarding motorcycle rallies and events, such as the Hells Angels MC USA Run in Spearfish, South Dakota, and the Sturgis, South Dakota, Bike Rally, scheduled 25-29 July 2012 and 6-12 August 2012, respectively.
