Members of the Hells Angels biker gang are expected to attend the funeral of long time member and president of the San Jose Chapter, Jeffrey “Jethro” PETTIGREW.

The funeral arrangements are listed below:

The ceremonies will be held at the Oak Hill funeral home and memorial park at 300 Curtner Ave. in San Jose, California.

09:00 – 21:00 hrs open to public: public visitations/prayer at Chapel of the Oaks

Saturday 10/15/11
12:00 – till ? Funeral and ceremonies at Chapel of the Oaks. Grounds will be closed to all other ceremonies. Expected crowd 3,000 to 5,000.

Hells Angels leader sentenced to prison

The Hells Angels’ sergeant-at-arms for Washington was sentenced to two years in prison Friday for being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Ricky Warren Jenks, who had completed five years probation just before his arrest in March, will be on probation for three years and is prohibited from associating with anyone connected to motorcycle gangs during that time.

Manchester gang shooting earns veteran a maximum prison sentence

NASHUA – A prospective member of an outlaw motorcycle gang has received a rare maximum sentence for assault following the shooting of a teen after a melee at a pizza joint last year.

Kristofer Haken, 32, formerly of Londonderry, was sentenced to 10-20 years in prison by Hillsborough County Superior Court Judge Gillian Abramson on Wednesday.

Haken had pleaded guilty to second-degree assault for shooting a high school student during a gang turf war at Luigi’s Pizza Bar and Grill in Manchester, said Hillsborough County Attorney Dennis Hogan.

12 arrested, drugs, weapons seized in Vagos raids

(AP) SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. — Twelve members of the Vagos motorcycle club were arrested and more than 300 weapons seized in raids across seven Southern California counties, in the latest attempt to dismantle what authorities say is a criminal enterprise.

In all, 37 people have been arrested for a variety of drug-related crimes as part of a 18-month investigation led by the California Department of Justice. More than 40 pounds of cocaine and eight pounds of methamphetamine were seized along with a rocket launcher.

Authorities served 52 search warrants on Thursday at locations stretching from Santa Barbara to Imperial counties. Among those arrested was Andrew Lozano, 35, of Fontana, who was led out of his one-story home wearing only a towel when agents busted down his door.

This information is unconfirmed and was provided by a support member of the Hells Angels Outlaw Motorcycle Gang, located out of Paris, France. According to the source of information, the Bandidos “will muscle their way into Paris.”

Judge denies most of the arrested Hells Angels members’ request for bail

Twenty-Six members of the Hells Angels motorcycle gang gathered in a federal courtroom Monday, but only one of the arrested individuals received a hearing.

Martin Thomas Forschner, an alleged member of the gang, was one of the 26 individuals arrested Thursday.

Evidence from a wiretap was brought forth in his hearing, which the prosecutor said showed him involved in a meth delivery at another defendant’s house. Forschner had served time in jail, and also had several instances where he failed to appear in court.

However his attorney said that in the past five years since his release, he has behaved well, taking care of his wife and mother-and-law and working at an automotive repair shop. Still, with his record, the magistrate said that he still posed a risk of flight. He was ordered detained.

Eleven others were given stipulated custody without bail at the hearing. The remaining suspects were delayed, and may be heard Thursday instead. One attorney told the family of a defendant that he would be asking for a later hearing, as the judge was in a “deny, deny, deny” mood.

Police and FBI officials are still on the lookout for four fugitives who evaded arrest.

Police say they have dismantled a “cell” of the Hells Angels. They arrested an alleged full-patch member of the biker gang in a raid on 16 homes in the east end of the city and downtown.

“This group is known to potentially move $300,000 to $400,000 a month in illegal substances,” said Ottawa Police Insp. Samir Bhatnagar.
