This information is unconfirmed and was provided by a support member of the Hells Angels Outlaw Motorcycle Gang, located out of Paris, France. According to the source of information, the Bandidos “will muscle their way into Paris.”

Judge denies most of the arrested Hells Angels members’ request for bail

Twenty-Six members of the Hells Angels motorcycle gang gathered in a federal courtroom Monday, but only one of the arrested individuals received a hearing.

Martin Thomas Forschner, an alleged member of the gang, was one of the 26 individuals arrested Thursday.

Evidence from a wiretap was brought forth in his hearing, which the prosecutor said showed him involved in a meth delivery at another defendant’s house. Forschner had served time in jail, and also had several instances where he failed to appear in court.

However his attorney said that in the past five years since his release, he has behaved well, taking care of his wife and mother-and-law and working at an automotive repair shop. Still, with his record, the magistrate said that he still posed a risk of flight. He was ordered detained.

Eleven others were given stipulated custody without bail at the hearing. The remaining suspects were delayed, and may be heard Thursday instead. One attorney told the family of a defendant that he would be asking for a later hearing, as the judge was in a “deny, deny, deny” mood.

Police and FBI officials are still on the lookout for four fugitives who evaded arrest.

Police say they have dismantled a “cell” of the Hells Angels. They arrested an alleged full-patch member of the biker gang in a raid on 16 homes in the east end of the city and downtown.

“This group is known to potentially move $300,000 to $400,000 a month in illegal substances,” said Ottawa Police Insp. Samir Bhatnagar.

On Wednesday, Westmoreland County Judge Debra Pezze denied a request from Dennis “Rooster” Katona, 45, of Hempfield to allow him leave house arrest to resume working for Pecora Flooring.

26 arrested in Hells Angels raid in SD County

SAN DIEGO — More than two dozen members of the Hells Angels and their associates have been arrested in a series of San Diego County raids.
FBI spokesman Darrell Foxworth told the San Diego Union-Tribune ( http://bit.ly/rmikpu) that the 26 arrests Thursday came at the end of a county violent crimes task force investigation.

Six more people who were already in custody were charged and four others are considered fugitives.

Foxworth says a kidnapping was prevented from occurring during the course of the investigation.

In the raids, officials seized thousands of dollars, drugs and 10 firearms.
About 250 local and federal officers served arrest and search warrants at 19 different locations in San Diego County.

Those arrested are due to appear before a federal judge Friday.

UCSF police take man into custody in connection with Hells Angels homicide

A University of California San Francisco police officer spotted Ernesto Manuel Gonzalez, 53, of San Jose on Thursday about 8:20 p.m. and took him into custody, where Sparks, Nev. police will come to retrieve him, according to UCSF police.

Gonzalez was found in a 2011 Chevrolet Malibu parked in a dark area of Division and Alameda streets, a block away from UCSF headquarters.

The officer spotted Washington state license plates and thought Gonzalez was acting suspiciously. The officer asked for identification, and when he ran Gonzalez’s name, the officer realized he was wanted

in connection with the death of Jeffrey “Jethro” Pettigrew, 51, an iconic leader of the motorcycle club and an employee of the city of San Jose’s Department of Transportation.

Police in Nevada have been looking for Gonazalez since last Friday, when there was a deadly showdown at John Ascuaga’s Nugget casino in Sparks.

In recent years, a disturbing trend has emerged on the white supremacist scene in the United States. More and more white supremacists are developing links to motorcycle clubs across the country, including outlaw motorcycle gangs (OMG) frequently involved with criminal activity. Though there has always been a small amount of crossover between white supremacist subcultures on one hand and the biker subculture on the other, these contacts have heretofore been relatively limited.
