Does anyone have any knowledge pertaining to Outcast they’d be willing to share as well as have any investigative techniques/tactics that would be beneficial in investigating the group? Currently have a fraud/public corruption case I’m working involving some of the members.

The Midwest Cycle Intelligence Organization (MCIO) – Michigan Region is requesting information regarding the Hells Angels MC, who will host an East Coast Officers Meeting on 07 June 2025. The location of the meeting is unknown but will possibly be held at their known clubhouse, located at 63490 M-62, Cassopolis, MI. If you or anyone in your agency witness any HAMC members in Michigan or contact any members believed to be travelling to or from Michigan for this event, please document as much information as possible and notify the individual listed in the attached bulletin.
