Geronimo man charged with manslaughter

LAWTON, Okla. (KSWO) -A Geronimo man, convicted in the death of a man at a Lawton motorcycle club in 2020 has been sentenced.
Jerry Anderson was charged with 1st-degree manslaughter in the death of Hadyn Williams, after shooting and killing him at the Outlaw Motorcycle Club.
Court documents say Anderson pulled out a gun and waved it around when the gun fired, hitting Williams in the head.
According to online court records, Anderson has been sentenced to 10 years with the Department of Corrections, while serving 3 in prison, and 7 years suspended, he must also serve 85% of his sentence before parole consideration.

Man arrested on arson charge after fire at Outlaws Motorcycle Clubhouse in Saginaw

Shortly afterward, witnesses came forward to say they saw a person pouring some fluid on the clubhouse’s back porch and lightning it, Suchodolski said. Once ignited, the flames flashed up then went out, the witnesses said.
Investigators found evidence at the scene corroborating the witnesses’ accounts, Suchodolski said.

“It appears to have been intentionally set,” Suchodolski said of the fire’s origin, adding the criminal element of the probe was referred to the Saginaw Police Department.

Police on Friday, June 16, arrested a 32-year-old suspect on a charge of first-degree arson. The man was released from the jail the following afternoon and has not been charged by prosecutors.

The fire itself did not cause much damage to the clubhouse, which the Fraternal Order of Outlaws BC has owned since February 2019.

The Outlaws Motorcycle Club was established in 1935 in McCook, Illinois. Since then, it has expanded to 41 countries. It has four Michigan chapters, including one in Bay City.

“The Outlaws Motorcycle Club is not a criminal organization,” the club states on its website. ”It is a motorcycle club. … We may not live by the rules of society, but we do live by its laws.”

In papers filed June 5, the Superior Court of Pennsylvania vacated a sentence imposed on Chad Robert Goldstrom in connection with a shooting in Leechburg in November of 2020.
According to Superior Court papers, the case arose from a Nov. 29, 2020, incident in which Goldstrom, who was a member of the Pagan Motorcycle Club, shot two members of the rival Outlaws Motorcycle Club, Brian Oss and Justin Shook. The incident was captured by video surveillance cameras, court papers say.
The Superior Court of Pennsylvania papers say Goldstrom shot Shook in the arm and shot Oss, permanently paralyzing him, and added that Goldstrom claimed he acted in self-defense in shooting the men because they intended to cause him serious bodily injury or death because he left the Outlaws and joined the Pagans.to Mke EV Charging Affordable

PWC The Armstrong County District Attorney’s office had initially charged Mr. Goldstrom with two counts of attempted homicide; two counts of aggravated assault with intent to cause serious bodily injury; two counts of aggravated assault with intent to cause bodily injury with a deadly weapon; one count of carrying a firearm without a license (CFWOL); two counts of simple assault; and two counts of recklessly endangering another person (REAP).
PA Superior Court papers say during Mr. Goldstrom’s December of 2021 trial in Armstrong County Common Pleas Court, Mr. Oss, now a quadriplegic, testified that Mr. Goldstrom “had been selling meth and I don’t like it and I was going to beat him up over it.”
According to those papers, during his testimony, Mr. Oss added that leaving The Outlaws to join The Pagans “is not one of the things you can leave to go do.”
According to the PA Superior Court papers, Mr. Oss testified that immediately before Mr. Goldstrom shot him, he thought he and Mr. Goldstrom were going to fist-fight hand-to-hand.
During the jury trial in December, 2021, the jury acquitted Mr. Goldstrom of all charges relating to the shooting of Mr. Oss.
In the case of Mr. Shook, the jury in December, 2021 convicted Mr. Goldstrom of aggravated assault, (causes bodily injury with a deadly weapon), and the lesser included offenses of simple assault and recklessly endangering another person (REAP).
The jury additionally found Mr. Goldstrom guilty of carrying firearms without a license.
PA Superior Court papers say on March 24, 2022, the trial court sentenced Goldstrom to 18 to 60 months of incarceration for aggravated assault, followed by 24 to 60 months for the firearms offense, (causes bodily injury with a deadly weapon), and the lesser included offenses of simple assault and REAP.
In the PA Superior Court papers, Mr. Goldstrom’s defense attorneys said he couldn’t be guilty of carrying a firearm without a license if he didn’t know his license had been revoked.
In those papers, Mr. Goldstrom also maintained he couldn’t be guilty of aggravated assault if he acted in self-defense.
The judges of PA Superior Court affirmed Mr. Goldstrom’s convictions of simple assault and recklessly endangering another person; vacated his Armstrong County Court of Common Pleas sentence from the December, 2021 trial; and remanded the case for a new trial on the aggravated assault and carrying a firearm without a license offenses.

York County authorities charge 10 people after raid of home in Lower Windsor Township

YORK, Pa. — Law enforcement authorities in York County announced the arrests of 10 people following the execution of a search warrant at an apartment building in Lower Windsor Township earlier this month.
The raid occurred in the early morning hours of Thursday, June 1 at the residence, located on the 4700 block of East Prospect Road, according to York County District Attorney Dave Sunday.
The residence is a three-story building divided into two apartments, along with a small barn used for social activities, Sunday said.

According to the District Attorney’s Office, the search warrant was executed as part of an investigation into alleged cocaine dealing and firearms offenses.

During the search, police located approximately 225 grams of cocaine, along with smaller amounts of psilocybin (psychedelic) mushrooms, marijuana, related drug paraphernalia and $5,600 cash, officials stated.

Additionally, police officers located an Anderson Arms semi-automatic rifle, a Stevens shotgun, a 38-caliber revolver, a Glock 40-caliber handgun, a Ruger 9mm handgun and ballistic body armor, the district attorney added.

The investigation leading to the search of the residence focused on the alleged cocaine distribution activities of Charles Lenhart, Sunday said. Police received several tips in the recent past pertaining to suspicious activity at the residence, including an unusual number of guests and cars arriving and departing from the residence.

Charged were:
Charles N. Lenhart III, 43: possession of firearm prohibited, manufacture, deliver or possess with the intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance (2 counts), use/possess drug paraphernalia, possession of a small amount of marijuana, prohibited offensive weapons, unlawful body armor, possess instruments of crime and criminal use of a communication facility.
Jade D. Naylor, 39: conspiracy – possession of firearm prohibited (3 counts), manufacture, deliver or possess with the intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, conspiracy – possession of a controlled substance, conspiracy – possession of a small amount of marijuana, conspiracy – make repairs/sell/etc offensive weapons, conspiracy – unlawful body armor, conspiracy, possession of instruments of crime and conspiracy – criminal use of a communication facility.
Miquan R. Johnson, 27: possession of firearm prohibited, manufacture, deliver or possess with the intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance, use/possess drug paraphernalia, possession of a small amount of marijuana and false identification to law enforcement.
Makayla M. Lenhart, 22: conspiracy – possession of firearm prohibited, manufacture, deliver or possess with the intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance, use/possess drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
All four of the individuals mentioned above reside at 4735 East Prospect Road, according to Sunday.
Additionally, Brianna Bubb, 26, was charged with knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance and using/possessing drug paraphernalia.
The following persons, all of whom also reside at 4735 East Prospect Rd. were charged with misdemeanor use/possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana-small amount personal use, according to Sunday:
• Warrick Brown, age 24
• Mariah Fleegle, age 22
• Adriana Pangburn, age 19
• Matthew Via, age 43
• Stacy Walker, age 50
“The District Attorney’s Office will always work to provide necessary resources to York County police agencies in their efforts to remove guns and drugs from our streets,” Sunday said. “I thank all York County police officers for their daily efforts in combatting crime and working to keep our county safe.”
Also assisting with this investigation were the York County Drug Task Force, the York County Quick Response Team, the Hellam Township Police Department, and the York County Sheriff’s Office.

B.C. wants to seize biker clubhouse where man was murdered

The B.C. government wants convicted killer and Hells Angels associate Richard Alexander to hand over the Campbell River clubhouse where he killed a man in 2016.
On Wednesday, the director of civil forfeiture filed a statement of claim against Alexander, asking for a court order to seize the Devil’s Army clubhouse on Petersen Road in the Island community.
Alexander was convicted of first-degree murder earlier this year for killing mixed martial arts fighter Dillon Brown inside the clubhouse in March 2016, then leaving his body in the trunk of a car near Sayward.
The jury heard that Alexander shot Brown, 30, because he had sued a Campbell River nightclub where he was injured in November 2015 after a fight with members of the Devil’s Army and Hells Angels.
The Crown’s theory was that Alexander wanted to stop the lawsuit as it would make both biker gangs look bad.
Alexander, 68, has appealed his conviction.

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — A biker is out on bond after deputies arrested him during a road rage incident Wednesday afternoon.
Vanderburgh County Sheriff deputies were sent to the area of Highway 41 and Inglefield Road after dispatch advised a man on a gray motorcycle pointed a gun at another motorist.
Law enforcement officers say the biker was swerving in and out of traffic while wearing a jacket bearing the logo of outlaw motorcycle gang “Iron Horsemen.”
Deputies spoke with the suspect, 35-year-old Ryan S. Keith, who said it all started when a driver “brake checked” him. According to an affidavit, Keith flipped the victim off so the victim gave him the middle finger back. The victim told officers he saw Keith pull out a black revolver and hold it up.
The suspect claims he pulled out the gun so he could protect himself if the victim ran him off the road, according to the sheriff’s office.
Keith was arrested on $500 bond and faces a charge of Intimidation with a Deadly Weapon. He appeared in court Thursday and has since bonded

FAIRMONT, W.Va. (WV News) — Law enforcement officials charged five men Wednesday in connection with the homicide last September of Henry Silver, with police saying they believe the slaying was related to the Pagan’s Motorcycle Club.
Marion County Sheriff Jimmy Riffle said that law enforcement across the state and beyond executed arrest warrants early Wednesday morning based on sealed indictments from the Marion County grand jury that pertained to the homicide.
Law enforcement arrested Jonathan Biller, 42, Derek Clem, 28, Dane Hull, 27, and Austin Mullins, 26, in connection with the murder. John Lee Wolfe, 33, who was arrested in October in connection with the case, was also charged with the others Wednesday.
All the defendants have been charged with first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit a felony and use or presentation of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
Mullins, of Philippi and Weston, was arrested when officers from Bridgeport Police SWAT, Bridgeport Police, Mountaineer Highway Interdiction Team South, the Marion County Sheriff’s Office and federal law enforcement raided the residence of Mark Allen Smith at 479 McDonald Hollow Road, Clarksburg.
Smith, not named in the Marion County indictment, was charged in Harrison County Magistrate Court with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine after law enforcement found “numerous firearms, explosives material, a large quantity of a crystal substance suspected to be methamphetamine, scales, packaging materials and U.S. currency” in the residence, according to a criminal complaint.
Law enforcement also found marijuana psilocybin mushrooms, drug paraphernalia, hits of acid and an active indoor marijuana grow, the complaint alleges.
Nicholas Littleton was charged with obstructing and fleeing as a part of the investigation.
“Our office is continuing its investigation into the roles these suspects may have played in the homicide, as well as any other criminal activity,” Riffle said. “Evidence is still being collected and analyzed.”
Riffle said seven search warrants were served over a four-county region of Marion, Harrison, Lewis and Barbour. None of the suspects were arrested in Marion, with Hull being taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals Service near Pittsburgh.
Several agencies have been assisting in the investigation: Fairmont Police, the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office, Bridgeport Police, the West Virginia State Police, the U.S. Marshals Service, the FBI and the Marion and Monongalia County Departments of Homeland Security.

Shooting, crash in Lubbock possibly related to biker gang rivalry, court records said

LUBBOCK, Texas– Joedaniel Herrero,27, and Mark Escobedo Jr., 30, were arrested after they were accused of being connected to a drive-by shooting in South Lubbock over the weekend, according to court documents obtained by EverythingLubbock.com on Tuesday.
Court documents suggested the shooting stemmed from a rivalry between biker gangs “The Bandidos” and “The Mongols.” Court records stated a victim told officers two men on motorcycles, later identified as Herrero and Escobedo Jr., rode past the home of the victims and yelled “f*** you b******, we’re the Bandidos.”
According to court documents, Herrero and Escobedo Jr. “drove to the stop sign … turned around” and started shooting towards the victim. She told police she had no problems with “The Banditos” and didn’t know why her home was targeted.
The boyfriend of the victim told police he believed Herrero and Escobedo Jr. were aiming at him. He also said he began to chase one of the bikers through the parking lot of Jimmy John’s. The chase ended near Frankford Avenue.
According to the warrant, Herrero lost control of his motorcycle during the chase and crashed.
Court records said the boyfriend of the victim was a member of the Mongols Biker Gang. According to the warrant, the victim’s boyfriend “‘talks a lot of crap’ to the Bandidos.” Court records said the Mongols and the Bandidos have had “several incidents in Plainview.”

Mother’s Day bar gunfight involved Kansas motorcycle club

SHAWNEE COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities continue investigating a gunfight near a bar early on Mother’s Day that sent a victim to the hospital.
On Friday the Shawnee County Sheriff’s office released additional details on their investigation of events.
Just after 2:15a.m. May 14, deputies with the Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call of multiple gunshots in the parking lot of Victoria’s Bar, 5011 SW Topeka Boulevard.
When law enforcement arrived, it was discovered that a 41-year-old man subject had engaged in a verbal altercation in the parking lot with a group of individuals associated with the Hell’s Lovers Motorcycle Club. Several shots were fired.
During the shooting, a vehicle that was arriving at the business to pick up an employee of the business was also fired upon. The driver of the vehicle, a 35-year-old man, was struck multiple times by gunfire, but managed to flee the scene. The vehicle was located a short time later in the 4500 block of SW Topeka Boulevard. The driver was transported to a local hospital where he was treated and released.
In addition, at the time of the shooting, a separate individual that had not been inside the bar and not involved in the original altercation, was sitting in his vehicle in the business parking lot when the shooting began. That individual then exited his vehicle with a firearm and also began shooting at the vehicle that was ultimately located by law enforcement in the 4500 block of SW Topeka Boulevard. That individual was also taken into custody on requested charges of aggravated assault, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal discharge of a firearm.
On Wednesday, the sheriff’s office reported four arrests.
Leon D. Smith-Love I., 28, of Topeka, is being held for aggravated assault, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal discharge of a firearm.
Kathryn R. Hazelwood, 26, of Topeka is being held on requested charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Charles D. Wheat, 42, of Topeka, is in custody on requested charges of aggravated assault and criminal discharge of a firearm.
Jason M. Blenden Sr., 49, of Topeka, was booked in on an arrest warrant and could face additional charges.
On Thursday the sheriff’s office reported the arrest of Storm M. Morgan, 30, of Meriden, on requested charges of criminal discharge of a firearm.
Shawn M. Ray, 39, of Topeka, is in custody on requested charges of criminal discharge of a firearm, aggravated assault and interference with law enforcement.

Charges dismissed in motorcycle club stabbing after ‘crucial witness’ goes missing

ANDERSON, Ind. — The Madison County Prosecutor’s Office said felony charges against two members of the Outlaws Motorcycle Club have been thrown out after a “crucial witness” has gone missing.
The two members of the motorcycle club were originally accused of taking part in a near-fatal stabbing that occurred in a men’s restroom at Woody’s Tavern in Lapel in April 2021.
Madison County Prosecutor Rodney Cummings previously said that victim of the attempted murder was a Chicago man who stopped at Woody’s Tavern. He had been wearing Outlaws patches but hadn’t been aware that two real Outlaws were in the same tavern.
“They weren’t too happy to find he was a guy wearing the stuff but really wasn’t part of their gang, got into a conflict, he got stabbed several times,” Cummings previously said.
Outlaws Motorcycle Club HQ searched for stabbing evidence
After repeatedly stabbing the man, the Outlaws were accused of taking his colors and his jacket before leaving the bar.
In May 2021, police raided a Outlaws Motorcycle Club headquarters on Anderson’s south side in search of evidence related to the stabbing along with one of the suspects whom police had still been searching for.
Despite the raid and arrests in the case, the prosecutor’s office announced on Thursday that the charges against the two club members were dismissed without prejudice due to the prosecution being unable to locate the crucial witness.
But though the charges are dismissed, the case can still be re-filed if the witness is ever located and decides to cooperate with the prosecution.
Cummings said that the Outlaws presence in Madison County wasn’t anything new, but traditionally the club has kept a low profile.
“There’s been Outlaws here for decades,” he said, “but off-and-on, sometimes they come, sometimes they go, it appears they’re coming back, making an appearance here.”
Indianapolis police sources previously said that the attack on the Chicago man in the small bar just miles from Anderson occurred at the same time as several other Outlaws members were traveling to Indianapolis for a gathering where a ride was planned to New Palestine where some club members are buried.
