Looks like Terry beat me to the punch.

We are working a case on the HAMC, Iron Range (MN) charter. As part of the case, we developed evidence on a kidnapping/assault case with a nexus back to the Clubhouse. We executed four search warrants : HAMC Clubhouse, The Aryan Cowboy Brotherhood (ACB) clubhouse (Next to the HAMC clubhouse) and two residents in Eveleth, MN. We arrested two prospects–one was charged in custody. The President of the charter, Jerand French, turned himself in this week and we have a fourth suspect at large.

We obtained a ton of docs and evidence. So more to follow.

Iron Range Hells Angels “President” Charged in Eveleth Alleged Kidnapping and Assault – Fox21Online

08/29/2023: Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) assisted Douglas County Sheriff’s Office (Alexandria, MN) with a search warrant at the Solid Brotherhood Clubhouse, along with the chapter presidents home and business. Previously, the Chapter President was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for a threats/gun pointing incident. When arrested, he had dozens of empty sandwhich baggies containing cocaine residue.

Evidence of trafficking at the warrants. In the clubhouse, a small amount of cocaine was recovered with a firearm. The Clubhouse was a little “Unique” in that the president’s wife ran her side business out of it…in her office, gang docs were recovered. 04/15/2023: Flood Run, South East Minnesota.

The Flood Run is a bi-annual event sponsored by Children’s Hospital in St Paul. Its a charity run that typically draws thousands of people on the Minnesota/ Wisconsin border. Its been thin the last couple of years. Its also the required run for the Minnesota Sons of Silence. In past years, we’ve seen SOS from MN, ND, IA, IL, IN and CO attend.

This year was very, very thin. The SOS will typically cross into Wisconsin and meet with the Outlaws in the town of Nelson. The SOS  (based on what I could tell) road in with the Outlaws from the Wisconsin side of the river. The Road Dogs (Bluff Siding, WI) and Trogs (WI) were present along with a group called “The Wanted” out of WI. There was a new Rochester, MN SOS support gang called the Savage Sons (never seen them before)

At the conference there was a presentation on OMG traffic stops/pat-downs/etc. (very good class)

Attached is a running case-law doc of OMG cases involving 4th Amendments Terry-Stops, Seizing colors and expert gang testimony. Free to use/share with other LE and prosecutors. I haven’t updated it in a while so if there is something you’d like to add, just email me. The case can be good or bad (doesn’t matter if it went our way or not) the purpose is to educate and hopefully make us better (and safer) at doing our jobs.

Outlaw Motorcycle Gang Testimony Hells Outcasts Fall 2020 SA Dan Michener Minnesota BCA

For the good of the order, attached is a power point summerizing a OMG case from Minnesota, concluding in 2021. Covid delayed some of the trial. Before leaving St Paul Police for the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) I testified as an expert witness regarding the Hells Outcasts OMG—the oldest OMG in Minnesota.

Not the case of the century. Essentially a bar fight where six members ganged up on the bouncer, stolen his handgun (he had a permit) and threatened bar patrons after a member was denied entry for not taking off his colors.

I testified for a couple days and had two very good defense attorneys come at me pretty hard. So it was a good experience.

I received this info from a Tom Cronin, Canadian Border Services Agency. Wyoming Sons of Silence member Thomas Pierson was stopped trying to enter Canada (near Vancouver). He’s a trucker. He was denied entry and was turned around.

Tom Cronin is seeking a current SOS list. Mine is pretty old. I sent him my SOS Violence Timeline. He wants to flag as many SOS as he can, so they’ll pop up if they’re entering Canada. Tom’s email is tom.cronin@cbsa-asfc.gc.ca

Nothing too spectacular, but attached is are some pictures for the Sons of Silence, Northern Chapter (MN). A few years ago the SOS formed a 6th chapter in the northern part of the state. They pulled some people from the North Dakota area. I believe they were members of the Solid Brotherhood. The clubhouse is in Miltona, MN, which is pretty close to the North Dakota border and close to Fargo. The SOS started occupying this building a year ago.
