The IOMGIA Board of Directors reserves the right to deny membership, training opportunities, and access to anyone in accordance with IOMGIA Bylaws Article IV Section 4.2 that prohibits any person whose past or present conduct, statements, or associations—including with motorcycle clubs that mimic the structure or nature of an Outlaw Motorcycle Gang—is deemed contrary to the goals of the Association.
I further understand that any false, misleading, or incomplete statement may be reported to my employing agency and may result in administrative disciplinary, or employment-related action. For US law enforcement officers, a finding of untruthfulness may also have implications under Brady v. Maryland and Giglio v. United States, potentially affecting credibility and future law enforcement duties.
